Delivery of the goods

The goods are delivered directly to the address and the person indicated by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery of the package. If the customer is not present at the reception of the goods, it will be able to withdraw this one the following day in the post office indicated on the note of the carrier.

Delivery times and deadlines

Sisao Sàrl's delivery partners do their utmost to respect delivery dates and times. However, all time indications provided by Sisao Sàrl's delivery partners are only indicative. A delay is in no way a reason for cancellation of the order and does not give any right to any compensation. If Sisao Sàrl's delivery partners are unable to fulfill an order confirmed by Sisao Sàrl, Sisao Sàrl can not be required to provide delivery by other means. The customer is not entitled to any compensation. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis between Sisao Sàrl and the customer.
