Payment methods
You can choose from different payment methods, directly during the payment process in our online store. Please note that some payment methods may be linked to additional terms. In addition, some payment methods at sisao.ch may not be available to some customers after verification of their address and creditworthiness.
Payment by bank transfer
It is possible to pay via a bank payment which can be done by e-banking or BVR newsletter at the post office. The coordinates are displayed after the validation of your order.
Payment by credit card
The fastest payment method! We accept all major credit cards.
This payment method is very fast, safe and convenient. Your order is activated immediately after the approval of your credit card by the issuing company. In addition, no additional cost is charged.
Refund
The main objective of sisao.ch is to do everything to deliver in sufficient quantities and in irreproachable quality. In exceptional cases, however, it may happen that, for different reasons, a product is no longer available in the required quantities or that it can not be delivered. If products are not available at the time of delivery, they may not be available. will not be sent later or replaced. The quantity actually delivered is shown on the delivery note and on the invoice. In case of missing items or reduced quantities, the customer can not claim compensation or damages. If a billed item can not be delivered, the corresponding amount will be refunded. The customer will be informed at the latest at the time of delivery. All returns must be notified beforehand in writing to the following e-mail address: info@sisao.ch. Sisao Sàrl will inform on a case-by-case basis the procedure to follow in order to return the goods and collect the refund. Shipping costs for the return remains the responsibility of the customer. If the aforementioned procedure is not respected, no refund will be made.
