All our chocolates are lactose and no added sugar.
The cocoa comes from a network of farmers in the Sambirano region in the northwest of Madagascar, which contributes to the long-term maintenance of small farmers structures by providing products of excellent quality. Hazelnuts, almonds and coffee beans are carefully selected from the best independent producers. Cocoa roasting, development and production are carried out in Switzerland.
Sisao Black 64%, the cocoa is accompanied by notes of espresso, blackcurrant, then Bourbon vanilla.
Sisao Milk 42%, the cocoa is harmoniously followed by a pleasant note of milk and a more discreet malt. The couverture is rounded with a fruity honey and there is a sweet note of caramel.
Sisao White 36%, a new taste, an irresistible finesse, with a sweet note of sweet butter cream, adorned with harmonious caramel.

The pochettes.
The pouches contain two tablettines of 40gr of Sisao chocolate and are available in 15 different colors to create colorful gifts. The chocolate inside is delicately wrapped with different layers of glassine food paper (pergamine) to ensure optimal protection and preservation. Sisao Chocolates contain only cacao butter, avoid as much as possible sugar and are developped in the pure tradition of swiss chocolate making.
Pure 64% Swiss Dark Chocolate
Minimal cacao content: 64%, Ingredients: cacao mass from cacao beans (origin : Madagascar), sweetener (maltitol), cacao butter, emulsifier (sun flower lecithin), vanilla Madagascar. May contain traces of nuts, gluten and soya.
